| A BRIEF HISTORY |
Orginally starting in December 1999 with an opening
lineup of Krafty Kuts and Knowledge of Self at the
then Empire Club (Now the Mud Club), Wasted quickly
established itself as one of the South's premier breakbeat
nights.
In the two years that Wasted held its monthly residency breakbeat lovers were
treated to a wide range of Breaks DJ's.
The list is huge but some of
the names you may recognise include the aforementioned
Krafty Kuts, Sgt Rock, Meat Katie, Hard Wire, Soul of
Man, Lee Coombs, DJ Hyper, Scissorkicks, Jason Laidback,
Dark Globe, Atomic Hooligan, Appleseed and the Plump DJ's. |
